Henning Zimmer was a post-doctoral researcher at Disney Research.
Prior to joining Disney Research, Henning spent one year as a post-doctoral researcher in the Computer Graphics Lab at The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) under the guidance of Prof. Markus Gross. From 2007 until 2011 he was a Ph.D. student in the Mathematical Image Analysis (MIA) group at Saarland University, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Joachim Weickert. While at Saarland University, Henning worked on correspondence problems in computer vision (optical flow, stereo). He received his Bachelor and Master degree in computer science from Saarland University in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
Henning’s research interests include image and video processing, with a focus on image-based rendering and light field processing.
