Jacqueline joined the Disney Research team in 2010 and is currently the only member of Disney Research located at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. She received her BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As an undergraduate, she completed a Professional Internship at Walt Disney World as a Labor Maintenance Analyst. Upon completion of her MSIE in 2006, Jacqueline joined Disney full time as a Retail Revenue Management Analyst. In 2007, she transitioned to the Merchandise Pricing department and supported a Disney Research “pay what you want” test at Epcot. In her current role with Disney Research, she manages a project that tests the effectiveness of real-time incentives delivered via handheld devices within the theme parks. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running, and participating in CROW (an annual cast canoe race at Magic Kingdom).
